Cyle, 27, is a striker for La Liga side, Real Valladolid, and was a member of Canada's 2022 FIFA World Cup squad. Previously, Larin had a stellar stint at Turkish club Beşiktaş, including being the side’s top goalscorer (23) during their treble-winning 2020/21 season. Cyle also provided 5 assists during this campaign, which saw the Black Eagles win the Süper Lig title, the Turkish Cup, and the Turkish Super Cup. Internationally, Larin is a central figure in the Canadian Men's National Team, where he is the nation's all-time top men's goalscorer. He broke the record in a historic victory over the United States in FIFA World Cup Qualifying and later scored the go-ahead goal that would seal Canada's qualification to the FIFA World Cup for the first time in 36 years. Cyle spent the 2019/20 season on-loan at Belgian side SV Zulte Waregem, where he generated the third most total goal contributions in the Belgian league, and helping Zulte Waregem reach the semi-finals of the Belgian Cup. Larin first made his name in MLS, where he scored 44 goals in 89 games for Orlando City SC, by whom he was selected with the first pick in the 2015 MLS Super Draft.
